Frequently asked questions about KOMOBI telemetry
Do I need to keep my phone turned on for telemetry to be recorded?
No, it’s not necessary.
Your KOMOBI will take care of recording every kilometer without needing your phone to be turned on.
If I already have KOMOBI CITY, can I access PRO telemetry?
KOMOBI CITY users do not have access to professional telemetry recording.
However, you can upgrade to PRO at any time to unlock all these features.
How can I download my routes?
It’s very easy!
Simply choose the route you want to download and tap the “Download route” button. Once the download is complete, we’ll send your route to your email in the selected format.
Will my rides be recorded outside my country?
Yes. KOMOBI has coverage across the entire EU, as well as the United Kingdom and Norway, so all rides made in these areas will be recorded automatically at the end of your trips.
If you ride outside these countries, your routes will be uploaded to the app once your KOMOBI regains coverage.
