Renew KOMOBI

Access the renewal portal
You can click directly on the RENEW KOMOBI button below to automatically access the portal. Don’t waste a second!

Enter the email address associated with your KOMOBI app
In the Email field and the corresponding password in the Password field. If you don’t remember your credentials, please contact customer support.

Once logged in, go to Home and select My Account.
Then, open Quotes and click on the most recent one using the blue reference number on the left.

Renew your subscription
You will need to accept and complete the payment for your service to be automatically renewed. One more year of protection!
How can I cancel automatic renewal?

Access the renewal portal
There, you will need to click on the “Log in” section in the upper right corner to access your account.

Log in with your KOMOBI app user name
Select “Log in using KOMOBI user” and enter the same email address and password you use in the KOMOBI app.

Go to MY ACCOUNT and select SUBSCRIPTIONS
There you will find all your active service subscriptions, where you can manage or cancel them.

Select the subscription and cancel it
This will disable automatic renewal. You will continue to be protected until the end of your current subscription period.
